Delivery Policy
We ship our products to everywhere in India through reputed courier services. Orders placed will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: Now, we offer free shipping all over India.
Shipping charges are subject to change by us at any time without prior notice. The new charges will be reflected on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Estimated Delivery Time: Normally delivery is 2 to 7 days after we ship. We will send you the courier company name and tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. If you do not receive any mail from us within 24 hours of placing the order, please check your spam folder. In some cases tracking will not appear online for another 24 hours, so please wait for the courier company to scan your package.
We ensure to provide a pleasant customer experience by delivering products as fast as possible, however, sometimes there may be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and unscheduled logistics challenges beyond our control. We request our buyers to cooperate with us in such matters. Other than this, Herkz Clocks reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where the delivery time exceeds the normal delivery time or the shipment is physically unaccompanied and payment for the canceled product(s) will be credited to your account.
Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the items purchased in the order have been shipped. However, if there is any variation in the charges/taxes (if any) applicable for the original delivery address used at the time of placing the order and the delivery address to be updated, the request to update the delivery address may not be accepted.
Hidden Charges: You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all-inclusive and you don't need to pay anything extra.
International Locations: We currently do not deliver to locations outside India
Unavailability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it returns to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as this will help in faster delivery.
